In fact, this condo has the best of both worlds…Gulf to the south of the property, and Big Lagoon to the north. The pool overlooks the lagoon and your own private dock with boat slip.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit is furnished with all the linens, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a queen bed and there is a sleeper sofa in the den. This 3 or 4 bedroom, 3-bath unit has everything you could possibly need for your vacation. An indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis court, gated entry with security officer, off-street parking, convenience to all area restaurants and attractions, and so much more!

If you want a beach vacation, and don't have to be right on the sands of The Gulf of Mexico, AND you want to bring your boat...this is the place. There are rental boats and rental jetskis 2-doors down, parasailing, and the beach is a short jump down Canal Road.

This very open spacious floor plan is perfect for entertaining your family and friends, and the large kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and room for two or more cooks! With the dining table and the raised counter area, there's seating for at least 8 people.

Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, a queen bed, TV with DVD and lots of extra space for luggage and souvenirs. There is also a sitting/game room with TV/DVD, sofa, and room to place an inflatable bed if needed. This can be the kids hangout and their own private space during the vacation.

Perdido Pass Cottage - On the waterfront!

If you want beach, fishing, boating, and incredible views, this waterfront cottage should suit you perfectly. Located on private property on the waters of Perdido Pass and the Gulf of Mexico, this three-bedroom, two bath cottage has vacation written all over it. Fishing is literally a few paces from your doorstep, and the beach and jetty is a two-minute walk across your yard. Want to plan an offshore fishing excursion? We can package that with your stay at the cottage. The fishing has been great, and the catching has been awesome! Red Snapper, Amberjack, King Mackerel, Grouper, Beeliners, Spanish Mackerel, Redfish, and more. The trips are incredibly affordable. Ask us for the details.

The cottage has an upper deck with 180-degree views of dolphin-filled waters, sea life, birds of the Gulf, passing boats, and the Gulf of Mexico. There is also a lower patio with the same views, and lots of shade covered seating with a large picnic table and porch swing.

In the three bedrooms, there are King, King, and Twin beds. Each bedroom has a TV/DVD. The cozy den area is wrapped with windows, through which you have almost the same views as you do from the outdoor decks. The den/dining combination has plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing conversation, and the sofa becomes a sleeper sofa if you need it. Although the kitchen is small and cute, it is completely fully equipped to prepare any meal you’d like. There are also two BBQ grills…one gas and one charcoal smoker/grill.

Once you stay in this adorable cottage, you’ll either want to extend your stay, come back again…or both.

Four Seasons Condo Luxury on the Beach!

If you’re looking for a beautifully decorated and fully equipped condo on the beach for your family vacation, for a getaway with friends, or for a business trip, then this Four Seasons Condominium is for you. PLUS, this is the only privately owned condo on the beach with its own private pier. And yes, fishing is allowed and so is catching!

Our condo is completely equipped with anything you could possibly need during your stay…kitchen cookware and utensils, linens, towels, dishes…its all here. All you need to bring is your own beach towel and what you’re going to eat and drink.

There are three spacious bedrooms with king, queen, and twin beds and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Each bedroom also has its own TV and DVD player. Two of the three bedrooms have their own entrance to the balcony.

The den has a wet bar with an ice maker, plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, a sleeper sofa, and wonderful views to the Gulf of Mexico. Combined with the den is the dining table with four chairs and additional seating for four at the granite counter.

Four Seasons has both indoor and outdoor pools, a fully equipped gym with a steam sauna, and a private gated entrance leading to the beach and to the private pier. With only two residences per floor, Mustique’s new vacation condominiums provide a remarkable standard of leisure on the Alabama Coast of the Gulf of Mexico.

Upon entering these residences, you are greeted by the panoramic floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf of Mexico along the southern horizon and the Gulf Shores Little Lagoon encompassing the northern landscape. The entertainment cabinet has a 37" Flat Panel LCD TV and below is a VCR/DVD Player along with Stereo System and CD Player.

The dining area features seating for (10). A beautiful wood and glass table easily accommodates six, while the four matching bar stools provides additional seating for four. For your convenience this area also features a large buffet/server for your entertainment needs.

The kitchen features stainless steel GE Monogram appliances…built-in convection wall oven, microwave, flat cook top, dishwasher, wine cooler, ice maker and side-by-side refrigerator and is complete with the kitchenware needed to prepare a gourmet meal.

The south facing master suite features a luxurious king size bed complete with custom made bedding, two night stands, a chair, and dresser with a 27" LCD Flat Panel television with DVD Player and a French door leading out to the balcony. The second Master suite has a view of both the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful Lagoon. All bedrooms are decorated luxuriously and all have large Televisions with DVD Players. This beautiful log home is now available for rent or purchase. From the moment you drive up the mountain and park at your cabin, you realize immediately that you are in the heart of the famous Smoky Mountains. Some of the most beautiful Fall foliage colors, anywhere in the world, are literally at your fingertips.

The home is located only 5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and enjoys easy access year-round. Just a stones-throw down the road is Walden's Creek Riding Stables, offering great trail rides and outdoor adventures.

The loft has it's own full bath and a queen bed. The master bedroom is on the main level and has a private bath and a king bed.

The lower level has a queen bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, gameroom with pool table, and laundry room. There is also a futon that folds down to make a bed in the lower level. Enjoy the outdoors in all kinds of weather, while relaxing in the rocking chairs or hot tub on the covered porch. If you prefer, catch a few filtered sun rays on the spacious decks.

If traffic is heavy in Pigeon Forge, there are at least 3 alternate routes to reach the cabin by backroads, and bypass the traffic. Cabin villages or neighborhoods are ok, but this cabin is on it's own private property, offering you privacy, peace and quiet.
